I booked the place based on reviews and distance from where I was. Had no idea what to expect. The last 10 minutes of my drive were beautiful beyond any imaginable expectation. Also the hotel location, the view, the tasty food and the great breakfast surpassed any expectations. The service is kind, attentive and truly excellent. I would have stayed longer if they weren’t fully booked for the next days.
On our way towards the Porec Croatia we had our first stop at the Reitlehenalm and slept in the Hüttenzimmer. The stay was very good although sleeping two weeks with 4 persons in a Hüttenzimmer is perhaps a little more challenging. However …
Afternoon coffee time with very nice view on the terrace :-) Peace and quiet in this place. The staff was nice. You can go there by car, by foot or by bike. The toilets was clean and there were nice and funny pictures. They have comfortable chairs for sunbathing, swings for children...

What a view, love the seating with lamb furs. Finally not just horrible loud pop music. The covered feeding stable looks fantastic, you can see where the cows were fed.
Great prices. Beer for 3.90 a pint. Soup for 3.50. that's still 50% cheaper than London. Local beers from Flachgau and Pinzgau! Try the local ales too not just the Märzen!

The Reitlehenalm offers everything you can ask for.. great hospitality, amazing local food as well as a view over the valley, you cannot imagine. Especially the sunset was stunning!! For the children there are animals and also a playground. And the hosts really care you which was the most important thing !!! Recommended for sure.
wifi , EV charger , charming place with great views and if you stay 2nights they give you even local area access card which gets you discount access to 🚠and other local county attractions
It's a place you always like to go and enjoy at least a 'coffee' on the terrace!
